We are now looking for a Service Portfolio Manager to lead the Service Portfolio Management unit.
We think that you love the mix of team leadership and coaching, together with setting the strategic direction and managing stakeholders across the Ingka Digital organisation to drive the service portfolio and its capabilities forward in an inspiring and clear manner.
We believe you have worked in the Service Management area before and that you are passionate about creating a seamless consumer journey through technology services and products for the current and future needs.
You are a people centric leader who love to lead, coach, and support a high performing team and you are great at engaging and communicating with stakeholders with the IKEA culture and values at heart.
You know how to design, develop and build an online Service Portfolio through self-provisioning possibilities in a large, complex technology environment.
You are curios and can lead teams in an environment of digital transformation and constant changes to technology.
You will be the Service Portfolio Manager responsible for the Service Portfolio Management which is a new unit with the purpose lead the work with the creation, implementation, management and maintenance of the Technology Services’ service portfolio and capabilities that fit the strategic direction of Ingka and Inter-IKEA Systems, and enable a seamless consumer journey.
As the unit is new, you will be responsible for establishing the unit and setting a governance structure that is fit for purpose. As the Service Portfolio Manager, you will be accountable for the offering of the services focusing on the portfolio strategy such as capability movements and financial follow-up. You will coach and mentor leaders and foster an innovative and human centric culture based on best practices and well-known methodologies.
ABOUT THIS WORK AREA
You will be working in a management team of 3 Service Managers, 1 People & Culture Business Partner, 1 Financial Controller and 1 Agile Coach based in Helsingborg and Älmhult, Sweden and Diedenbergen, Germany, although we see remote and physical work as natural going forward.
We truly want to understand and fulfil consumer needs and expectations through continuous dialogue. We ensure our service offering is relevant and available to IKEA co-workers, accelerating service delivery and enabling an excellent consumer experience.
We are passionate about securing that digital products and IT services are adding value at all times across the IKEA landscape.
