The unit Retail Enterprise Services (RES) has grown rapidly and the processes and Ways Of Working needs to be set, anchored and communicated. This applies both to Service Management and Delivery processes as well as more detailed processes within RES's different subordinate organizations. The Process Manager should be responsible for the development of the processes requiring development and then handling over the ownership to appointed RES Manager.
As Process Manager within RES, you will be working in within the different organizations as well as on RES level to ensure that the processes are aligned with the RES Business Model currently being set established.
From a development perspective, we are gradually adopting to Agile and Scrum methodology, which will be a natural part of the process development.
From a RES perspective you will also be working with supporting RES with RES Service Design (Service Offering) and to find a good enough level of the Service Offering.
As Process Manager, you will be working close to the different department's management teams as well as RES management team. The Systems Management & Automation organization, where this role is hosted, provides Retail Systems Management as a service and is product responsible for development and maintenance of the POS Platform throughout its life cycle.
Work activities:
Based on given priorities, to analyse, define and document current WoW on various levels, but initially starting from the bottom-up with the Systems Management & Automation organization.
To support the SysMan management team to identify and prioritize process improvements.
To support in Service Design (Service Offering) development and anchoring.
To support the RES Operations organization with establishing well working IM, PM, ChM and RM processes (ITIL).
Building relationships with internal peers and stakeholders.
Driving the process development and associated maintenance with balance between time, quality and cost.
To execute process development as agreed.
To, later on, continue with providing the other departments within RES with process management support.

Required competences
Experience working as process lead/manager within R&D or IT.
Experience from working with development according to Scrum / SAFe methodology.
Experience from product life cycle management (PLCM).
Documented experience in ITIL Service Management.
Experience from the Retail business.
Some experience from retail peripherals and  understanding of fiscal handling.
Vendor management
Experience in a global operations.
Fluent in English, written and spoken

Desirable experience
Open Source product handling.
