Responsibilities 1) To share the best practices, establish overall, long term business development management system (organization operation/solution & productization / process & IT) 2) To identify the gap between our As-is and To-be, and establish the step-by-step implementation Roadmap of service product management ( service productization & S-IPMT operation) 3) To guide us to implement the Service Product management and Operation Management gradually, and establish corresponding organizations, processes and IT systems. Qualifications Required 1) More than 20 years experience in telecom industry?with more than 10 years direct experience in the service product development and architecture design, service solution investigation , or operation management, service sales & marketing in telecom industry. 2) Familiar with the service requirement management, BP plan and design, service product development?sales and delivery. 3) With successful experiences to design, implement or develop the Service Product and Architecture Design in the telecom industry. With very deep understanding for the specific implementation methods of the Product development supported by organizations, processes and IT systems. 4) Expert at the application of ITIL?E-TOM?TL9000 systems in telecom industry, to be able to implement and deploy the Service Product Management systems according to the Service Product Information and Document Architecture or offering valuable information as well. 5) Rich practice experiences which involved the specific management of the organization structure, working process, IT system and product data of industrial best practice.
