Vestas is the largest manufacturer of wind turbines in the world with the target of being a Global Leader in Sustainable Energy Solutions. Vestas NCE North-West is responsible for sales, construction, and servicing of wind projects in Scandinavia, the UK and Ireland. Service Commercial works with multiple functions in an international environment to deliver on Vestas "profitable growth" strategy. Service is a growing business area within Vestas, and you will be part of an exciting journey. We are now seeking our new Service Sales Manager who will be based out of Vestas’ Swedish regional office in Malmö, or alternatively in Denmark. As the Service Sales Manager, you will work in a department with a flexible and open work environment, and you will join an enthusiastic Customer Account Management Team in Vestas Northern and Central Europe.

Responsibilities
The Service Sales Manager has organizational reference to the regional Head of Service Account Management. The position will hold an important account manager role bringing the customer experience to the next level and being responsible for:
The overall commercial package for our customers
Covering several revenue streams such as selling of new project service contracts, operational fleet optimization, multi-brand and fleetwide renewals
Owning the customer relationship and be responsible for improving the customer's overall business case based on Vestas’ offerings
Coordinating external and internal stakeholder management with relevant roles and departments
Ensuring close collaboration with colleagues across our Northern and Central European regional team



Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent
Sales experience within a comparable business environment
Knowledge and experience of working with contracts and in dealing with customers
Experience of negotiation
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications
English - fluent orally and written
Knowledge of the wind industry would be advantageous, as would experience in the power generation or similar business sectors

Progressive, motivated with a good business understanding
Good with customers and can demonstrate sales skills
Structured and organized way of working
Ability to handle multiple projects with different stakeholders
Good communication skills; verbally, written and presenting
Commercial understanding with sound cost and risk awareness
Willingness to travel 1-3 days per week when necessary
