Opportunity
Sunfavors In Sweden AB is seeking a Service Technician who will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, servicing, and warehouse management. You will be based from our offices in Stockholm, however due to the nature and responsibilities of the role will be required to travel for up to 50 days of the year. As a Service Technician, you are an ambassador for the Company and have a responsibility to solve any issues the customers encounter.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To


· Being responsible for the repair, maintenance and servicing;
· Warehouse management in Stockholm warehouse;
· Responsibility for the final configuration and testing of scooter before they are sent to the end customer;
· Providing technical support to customers;
· Ensuring follow up work requirements are referred to the appropriate departments to enable necessary action and recommendations to clients;
· Maintaining a professional approach and manner at all times, consistent with customer and Company expectations;
· You should have a technical qualification or work experience of Xiaomi Scooter (e.g. in Engineering);
· Ability to give technical direction and product training;
· You must be willing to travel, which could include up to 50 days with customers;
· Being prepared and willing to help and contribute to the success of the company at all times;
· Commercial awareness and an ability to communicate at all levels regarding technical matters;
· Ability to priorities takes effectively, and to work under pressure.


Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To


· A technical qualification or work experience of Xiaomi Scooter;
· Repair experience of Robot Vacuum and good skill;
· Warehouse management experience with great product stock forecast ability;
· Better to have the background of Xiaomi or Xiaomi related company;
· Social and willing to communicate with customers;
· Fluent English and Chinese;
