Service Technicians

We are recruiting Service Technicians (1-3) to strengthen our team in Sweden.
What will you do?
Install, commission, inspect, troubleshoot and repair processing equipment supplied, or serviced by IPCO. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the full lifecycle of the equipment.
Promote spare parts, maintenance requirements, upgrades, and service agreements.
Coordinate, prepare, and ensure that all tools, parts and service equipment are maintained and available for service activities at the appropriate level of quality required by IPCO.
Prepare all documentation and reports to be signed by the customer. Enter reports into IPCO CRM with actions assigned in a timely manner.
Apply safety rules and practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Act in accordance to IPCO’s Code of Conduct. Report unsafe practices and incidents.

Who are you?
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
3 years of industrial or service experience.
Experience in TIG welding. Certification is a plus.
Fluent in English.
Basic computer skills.
Good communication skills and service minded.
Drivers License is mandatory.
Ability and willingness to travel (sometimes with short notice).
