ServiceNow Business Analyst

We are looking for a ServiceNow business Analyst to support ServiceNow Product Owner as a ServiceNow Business Analyst in Agile delivery.

Core Deliverables:

- ServiceNow requirements documentation.
- ServiceNow test scripts and functional training materials.


Responsibilities:

- ServiceNow Requirements gathering, requirements analysis and requirements documentation in Agile product-based delivery.
- Prepare ServiceNow test scripts.
- Organize and coordinate UAT.
- Prepare ServiceNow functional training materials and deliver training to the agents/users.


Key Competencies:

- ServiceNow Business Analyst.
- ServiceNow testing and training.
- Agile delivery.
- Certification in ServiceNow CSM/ITSM.
- Professional certifications in business analysis.


Key Experience

- Experience of working in multiple ServiceNow projects/product-based delivery team.
- Experience in ServiceNow CSM/ITSM applications.
- Understanding of best practices in implementing ServiceNow.
