ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for an ServiceNow Developer you will build and enhance functions in the platform, focusing on creating a smooth and automated process for all our colleagues globally.

In this role you will have a variety of tasks, working closely together with your team and stakeholders to create the best experience possible and at the same time explore the vision of future functions in the ServiceNow platform.  

One big focus area in IT Workflow and Experience we offer all users the opportunity to have orderable services, with a focus on customer value and efficiency. We both improve and develop new and existing services to provide an effortless automated Self-Service, all on the ServiceNow platform. 

Furthermore, you will: 

- Build the best workable solutions that fulfils user needs as well as meets functional, compliance and quality requirements.

- Translate business needs into working services, requirement, design, development, test, release and maintenance 

- Provide options for how the solution could be evolved to provide even more value

- Based on priorities perform daily tasks and incidents in parallel with new development .

Skill requirements

Mandatory requirements, both competence and tools: 

- Current certification as Certified System Administrator in ServiceNow 

- Scripting experience of at least on of following languages 

- JavaScript 

- AngularJS 

- HTML + SCSS 

- Flow Designer, micro certification or equivalent experience

- Service Portal Fundamentals, micro certification or equivalent experience

- Request Management experience on the Now Platform 

Qualifying requirements: 

- Agile way of working experience, willing to take various kinds of tasks to meet sprint commitment and to reach our goals together. 

- IT Service Management (ITSM) Fundamentals (on the ServiceNow platform) 

- Service Operations Workspace

- Experience working with API (REST API…) 

- Performance Analytics experience 

- Integration Hub experience 

- Ai Search experience 

- Automated Test Framework experience 

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) 

- ITIL Certification 

- Scripting knowledge, Bootstrap, JSON, PowerShell 

- Service Portal Advanced 

- CSDM 3.0 fundamentals 

- Operational management 

Experience

- High competence within area, deeper and/or unique competence within one or more special areas.

- Have participated in several projects within area.

- Can be responsible for a part of the project/ area and manage smaller working groups.

- Mostly work independently.
