ServiceNow Technical Architect

Lead Technical aspects of ServiceNow application development & maintenance projects.
Build responsive web applications
Develop middleware API calls for mobile/web applications
Develop server-side scripts in Apache/Jelly/ServiceNow proprietary, Build flows
Provide technical guidance and assists in the creation and refinement of stories.
Configures the ServiceNow platform during sprints while sharing knowledge and best practices with Platform Developers.
Design and communicate a Technical Architecture Blueprint based on Capability and Process Implementation Roadmaps aligning to desired Business outcomes

Your profile
Experience in design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise IT environments across all architecture layers.
Proven experience in implementing and customising the ServiceNow platform.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform
Consultancy experience will be advantageous
Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage customer and stakeholder expectations
Have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Implementation specialist.
ITIL Foundations certification (V3 minimum, V4 preferred)
Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and web services integrations (SOAP, WSDL, REST).
Experience with the core ITSM; service portal; APP Engine in ServiceNow.
understanding of Micro-services architecture and enterprise integration concepts,
Experience with AD, SSO, ODBC, SCP, FTPS, JSON and LDAP.
