We have an exciting opportunity for a Services Solution Architect to join our Technology & Operations team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and calibrating the global Services Delivery Management System. This is a new role that will focusing on supporting efficient and controlled services delivery from pre-sales to end of life services.

This role supports company goals and strategy to support our customer beyond product delivery. To be successful, you have a strong track record in driving process improvements and way of working, as well as driving modularized system design blocks with re-use capabilities.

What you will be doing:

- Documenting and cataloguing product services portfolio


- Scope of Work and WBS development coordination aligned to product services portfolio

- Multifunctional workflow process development aligned to services delivery requirement
- Services business process workflows development and maintenance
- Enterprise services management systems development and maintenance
- Services user applications development and management
- Support internal and external stakeholders, such as product management, customers or suppliers, with expertise within the area


You Have Minimally:

- University Degree related to Information Systems Technology
- 5+ years with process design work, preferably as team lead
- Ability to define, establish and monitor processes
- Excellent experience using application specific software systems
- Experience designing and deploying end-to-end systems
- English language in conversation and writing is a must
