Urgent Customer Support position in Dublin 4
We are currently looking to hire a Customer Service/Dispatch Agent for the Enterprise Department of our client in order to support the expansion of the department itself.
We require:
.Excellent phone manners and customer service experience.
.Technical interest and desire to build up additional technical knowledge.
.Proficiency with MS office, especially Excel.
.Fluency in Swedish and good working knowledge in English
