Five Machine Project Leaders You will lead the technical part of projects and be the main responsible for planning, follow-up, and target fulfilment of technology implementation.Your key task is to connect product and machine development in order to ensure cost effective and flexible machine technology.The job consists of development, specification, purchasing, and start-up of technology in close cooperation with product developers, factories, and international suppliers of machines and equipment.Extensive travelling, occasionally up to 100 days/year, can be required for periods.For one of these positions we look for a person with experience of packaging solutions and packaging machinery.You have a Master of Science degree with 5-10 years of experience from international work with machine installations and/or technology development.Experience from project leadership and production is meriting.Today, this is done with the aid of different techniques, e.g.cutting, acceleration, gluing and mechanical bonding.You shall in cooperation with external partners develop new, and improve existing processes for ultrasonic and thermo-mechanical bonding (or shaping) of different materials.You have a Master of Science degree from Applied Physics, Applied Mathematics, or Electrical Engineering with a few years of working experience.Your role is to support different projects in setting requirements on these systems and follow-up that our suppliers fulfil them.You will also develop these systems to suit future needs by initiating and driving pro-active development together with our machine suppliers.You will also do early development work in internal R&D projects.Prerequisites for the role are a few years of documented experience of applied work with elements of control theory, modelling and simulation of mechanical motions, structured PLC and servo system programming and some electrical design.You have some familiarity with standards and regulations within the field.You have a master of Science degree from Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics or Automation Engineering (E, F, Y or Z) with some years of working experience.Fluency in English and possibility to travel are required since we work in an international environment with factories and suppliers from all over the world.Within R&D we have a good overall mix of men and women, but would welcome more women to these positions as well as applicants with knowledge of language and culture from eastern countries (Russia, Poland and India).
