Your mission
In the role of SHEQ Manager your mission is to support the journey towards a more environmental friendly business by developing people and processes. You will lead the short- and long-term work with safety and continuous development of all our SHEQ processes. Supporting world class products from a quality point of view is a priority, but also other health and environmental targets to continue the improvement of the SHEQ performance.
You will be part of the Site Management Team in Örebro and contribute to the overall mission and targets for the department and make sure we meet our contributions to the division on a short and long term basis. Together with your team and other functional managers you will work to meet our stakeholders and customers’ expectations of safe and qualitative products, made at lowest possible cost with security and sustainability in mind.
As manager, you must make sure to continuously develop your team and make sure your employees have the right training in order to be able to contribute.
Your profile
To succeed in this position you need a technical university degree or equivalent experience.  You must also have at least five years work experience in the field of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality, preferably in the Engineering industry. Knowledge of appropriate ISO-standards is beneficial.
This role requires great communication, leadership skills and the ability to lead directly, as well as coach indirectly. You must have the ability to see the bigger picture of complex processes.

Fluency in written and spoken English and Swedish languages is required.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
