Shift Leader

Your job specifications:
Supervise production to ensure all deliveries are prompt and that quality is achieved / Support change management / Personal planning / Responsibility for the production equipment and personnel during the shift / Execution of some maintenance tasks during the shift according to plan / Order and cleanliness in the working area / Participation in continuous improvement process / Undertaking training activities for new workers / Development of solutions together with other dept. and maintenance supervisor to solve problems in the production area / Professional support and planning of auto maintenance for the production team's (TPM) together with maintenance supervisor / Responsible for waste disposal within the production area / Support in reporting and controlling of the key performance indicators / Participation on the health and safety committee

Your profile:
Prior experience as a shift leader in an automotive environment is a requirement / Swedish gymnasium qualification / At least 3 years experience
