Besedo AB is hiring Content Management Executives to be servicing European online top brands.The Besedo Group is a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company with headquarter in Stockholm, Sweden, that efficiently produces outsourcing solutions for online companies.We provide classified markets, online gaming and financial services with solutions for outsourced customer service, content management (reviewing, moderation etc.) and abuse management (fraud prevention and solutions).With a clear conviction that content quality and customer service are inseparable in the online industry we strive to hire and train the best people needed to evolve alongside the markets we serve.Through experience and a dedicated workforce we aim to never stop learning by assuring a continued dedication to customer satisfaction and innovative business development to fit our clients?future needs.Our mission is to protect and expand our clients dreams and business objectives through ever improved and far-sighted outsourcing solutions for contact, content and abuse managemen As a Shift Manager you are responsible for: -Filling in gaps in the schedule -Updating different kind of HR-documents -Report employees presence -Control assignment SLA -Call in extra help if needed -Office environment -Purchasing office supplies The job requires that you are: -social -organised -fluent in English -computer literate -service minded Further you need an accurate and efficient mindset to be able to optimize the daily work.Experience from work with Internet services and/or customer service experience is regarded as an extra qualification. Since our service centre is open between 07:00 and 24:00, Monday to Sunday, you must be able to work flexibel shifts.
