Shop Manager
. Lead Merchandise team as well as training and orienting new hires (i.e. Guest service and recovery, product information, security procedures, etc.)
. Assume responsibility for the shop's smooth and effective operation; determine extended hours to meet Guest needs, proper staffing levels; supervise team and perform sales duties when shops are busy
. Inspect shops on a regular basis to ensure that merchandise is properly labeled, well-displayed, point-of-sale promotions are in place, and the shops are clean and orderly
. Ensure accuracy of inventory management
Essential requirements:
. Minimum five years retail experience
. Minimum three years management experience
. Ship and/or duty free experience preferred
. Specialized experience with Disney products preferred
. Visual merchandising experience a plus Accounting skills preferred
. Good computer skills
