SingleView Developer

We are currently seeking a skilled SingleView Developer for our client's office in Sweden. The candidate should have experience in working at client site for at least 1 year. he should be customer focused, well presented, self motivated and a willing team player. Most importantly, he/she must have an approachable attitude and the flexibility to adapt to the fast moving pace of our client.


Profile:
Experience in Configuration and Localization of Singleview Billing platform v6 and v6.01, performing Support and operations tasks, analysis and resolution of trouble reports in the SingleView billing platform.

1. Rating
2. Billing
3. Tariffs
4. Configuration and Localization of products, price plans, tariffs
5. Support of billing operations
6. Analyze and resolving trouble tickets
7. Analyze, design and development of new change requests
8. CB/CM GUI : Convergent Billing / Customer Management GUI
9. Reporting & Operation

- Should have good knowledge of EPM and Perl coding (+ some Java skills).
- Should have knowledge of other (SV) areas e.g. the Oracle database, environment set-up, tuxedo, etc.
- Release cut experience e.g. using the relgen tool

Education & Trainings:
Bachelor's Degree in technical or business area preferred, or equivalent experience in either IT or Telecommunications.

Languages:
English (mandatory)
