UCG/ Radio Support är ett konsultbolag specialiserat på tjänster åt telekom och elektronikbranschen, främst inom konstruktion/verifiering och test/industrialisering.Vi har kontor i Kista i norra Stockholm men är verksamma över hela landet.Vi söker just nu en erfaren person enl nedan.Start snarast.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Description - Site Implementation Coach - Working Language: English, Swedish Purpose of role .To ensure a successful implementation of the ISP Solution at the local site .To ensure coordination of all PrISP parts (Process Alignment, Gap Delivery, ISP Rollout) across the sites Key responsibilities .ISP Rollout for a process at local sites .Manage the Site Implementation Process Team Primary tasks .Develop and maintain the detailed plan localisation and data conversion plan for process team across sites .Escalate site issues and risks .Drive ISP Rollout activities and Deliverables within area of responsibility across the local sites as per the ISP Rollout method .Ensure commonality of approach within process area across sites .Coach and support the Process Drivers with their project activities .Coach and manage the Site Implementation team in method and be the go-to person for process and approach questions .Establish effective communication within site and with other parts of PrISP, particularly the ISP Gap Centre teams Key relationships .Local Project Organisation .Site Implementation Team .Central Data Lead .ISP Gap Centre Process Leads .Global Process Team Key competence .SAP R/3 Materials Management .Experienced Team Lead .Good knowledge of complete ISP Rollout method .In-depth knowledge of ISP Rollout localisation, data conversion, and cut-over processes and tools .In-depth knowledge of assigned business process .Good communication and coordination skills Time commitment & Location .100% (Preparation and Implementation) .Preparation: 25% on-site, 75% central .Implementation: 25% on-site, 75% central .Work will be based out of Malmö or Singapore with travels to the implementation sites in Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.If the political situation in Pakistan does not allow travel, activities will be moved to Dubai.------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Vi blir glada om sökande skickar med detaljerad CV i Word-format.Även du med egen firma kan söka.Vi önskar inte kontakt med annonsörer och rekryterare via denna annons.
