Introduction and Overview
Focusing on the priorities from implementing the new Consumer Business model, we are now reorganizing the manufacturing group, recruiting for a Site Lead, Make Asset Management (MAM). MS&T is a center led MAKE Team consolidating capabilities from Global Technical Operations (GTO), Global Make Engineering (GME), Maintenance, and SMP manufacturing support activities into ONE organization at a cluster and regional level. MAKE Asset Management will be structured around 4 functions: Reactive Maintenance (line support), Preventive maintenance (planned), Pro-active maintenance (Reliability) and Design/ Project execution/ Commissioning & Qualification (Engineering)
Reporting directly to the Manufacturing, Sciences & Technology (MS&T) Cluster Leader for the region, the Site Lead, Manufacturing Asset Management (MAM), In partnership with the Site Leader and Site Leadership Team, is responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership and tactical direction to the diverse and highly skilled team of Engineers, Maintenance Leads, Maintenance Technicians and Capital Project Managers passionate about driving and delivering efficient cost, safety, quality and compliance for the Helsingborg site manufacturing assets.

Site Lead MAKE Asset Management (MAM)
Objectives of the Position
Provides strategic direction and planning for the engineering and maintenance functions at the site, identifying and leading initiatives to drive execution perfection and timely realization of the site goals and objectives.
Directs, guides and provides mentorship for the site CapEx portfolio.
Owns the development of the Site Master Plan and manufacturing asset replacement strategy based on asset condition assessment, applying value analysis and incorporating results into the CapEx portfolio.
Owns asset Reliability elements from asset creation (system), PM design, spares strategy, to technical issues related to manufacturability
Is responsible for developing department annual budgets, and supervising/controlling budget performance. Ensures sound management of headcount and expenses to meet approved spending plan and site functional targets
Leads the local Maintenance Agenda and coordinates alignment to best practices and processes as adopted across the Supply Chain (JJOS-Manage Site assets) and the Consumer Health Maintenance CoE.
Engages, encourage, coaches and develops peers and subordinates toward the objectives of enhanced job performance, technical knowledge, career happiness, and professional development and growth.
Is responsible for ensuring the ISA-95 level 1 and 2 systems and associated operation is compliant and fit for intended use in accordance with applicable standards and procedures throughout systems lifecycle
Partners with MS&T Technology Strategy & Innovation team, Cluster leads and Enterprise in the design and delivery of appropriate contracts and agreements for contracted services, provided an adequate labor pool for all needed services
Works in close collaboration with EFM (Facilities) in terms of resource leveraging (reliability, planning, scheduling, spare parts), Technology application (Schad, CbM, CMMS) and Work processes eg maintenance support model

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or related technical field (required)
Advanced Degree (Masters) in Engineering or MBA (preferred)
Minimum twelve (12) years of meaningful business experience (required)
Minimum of six (6) years of supervisory / people management experience with proven success in performance management and development (required)
Experience in conceptual development, design and implementation, planning and scheduling and project management of capital projects ranging in value from 500K to 5 Mio USD (required)
Ability to work effectively and drive alignment in a matrix management environment through effective communication, teamwork, and influence (required)
Engineering and / or Maintenance experience in an operational environment within FDA or other regulated industry (required)
Proficient in English language – writing, speaking and understanding (required)
