Site Reliability Engineer in Solna

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Site Reliability Engineer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.




Key Responsibilities:
The task entails carefully analysing assigned systems and assisting the business in understanding design and functionality in relation to the needs of stakeholders.


Identify, establish, and maintain appropriate system service level objectives (SLOs) with the team, as well as implement error budgets and policies / consequences for deviating from them.


Ensure that relevant systems can be observed and monitored. Provide guidelines and training to product teams on observability practises and standards related to measured values, logs, and tracks. Using monitoring data, trends, and Chaos Engineering, identify system vulnerabilities and find ways to address them before they cause production issues.


Create automated solutions and tools to assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues and preventing them from recurring.


Lead flawless autopsies for incidents in collaboration with various product teams and suppliers. Participate in on-call rotations to ensure SLOs are met, with the goal of eliminating the need for out-of-office assistance.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Degree in systems development or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through work experience and continuing education



Senior-level expertise in:
Development of software.
SQL and database management systems
OpenShift / Kubernetes containerization
KAFKA and message queues are used for integration.
Azure / AWS Java Clouds
Proven track record of developing production-class, high-performance, scalable, and long-term applications.
Experience with the entire technology stack, including infrastructure, database, API, components, and front-end.
Hands-on experience with complex applications and components in high-volume production environments.
Extensive knowledge of performance matching techniques, stability patterns, and scalability techniques.
Experience with data-driven, fact-based problem solving and communication.
