In this role you will coordinate and support site-works team in cost-effective execution of site works related deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements. Provide technical support for all site works related issues to proposal team during bid preparation and to the Project Manager at the project start up.
Your responsibilities
The Site Resource Coordinator is working at home office and is organizing that personnel going to site work is well prepared in all respects.
Make sure that personnel during their assignments on site are reporting their working hours and travel expenses in due time and correctly.
Plan personnel travel to and from site at assignment startup/ end and at vacations.
Collaborate closely with Site Interface Manager.
Assure that all travelers (internal and external) are informed about preparations, rules, regulations and arrangements connected to their site works in general and about every specific project.
Make sure that personnel have valid passports and applies for needed visas/work permits when Hitachi ABB Power Grids is sending staff and non-staff to the country of work.
Make sure that personnel going to site has undergone medical examination and necessary vaccinations that are to be done on regular bases and are checked before departure.
Together with HR Tax, that Hitachi ABB Power Grids and the employee are aware and informed about the tax regulations in each specific country/project. When required, help with tax registration.

Your background
You hold a degree from High school or have a higher education
Ability to work in fast changing environment with a high service availability
Being well-educated and familiar with HVDC routines is merit
Proficiency in English is a must, whereas additional languages are a plus
