This role is key in providing the business with professional, cost-effective and risk-based security management; and the aim is to achieve operational excellence in line with company-wide directives. Arbetsuppgifter Responsibilities include: - driving the implementation of global security directives and guidelines, and complementing these with local security instructions - supporting the local business with security such as security requests from customers, security for handling of sensitive R&D information, raising security awareness with presentations on unit meetings - managing the Site Security organization, its interfaces, roles and responsibilities - establishing and training Crisis Management Task Forces - managing security incidents and investigations - facilitating risk assessments based on business requirements, agreements and activities - monitoring and controlling costs and quality within the area of security - preparing an annual plan and budget for Site Security. Utbildning/erfarenhet The key technical qualifications required are: - formal security training (certificate) or equivalent experience - minimum experience of three years in a security related role, including areas such as: risk management, information security, personnel security, physical security, and crisis management - knowledge of security products and solutions; knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 The non-technical competencies required are: - business understanding - leadership skills - cultural awareness - analytical skills - negotiation skills - presentation skills (verbal as well as written) together with language skills (fluent in English and Swedish, verbal as well as written).
