Reporting to the Engineering Manager and working as a member of the Project Execution team, you will be coordinating and assisting the site-works team in the cost-effective execution of deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule and safety requirements.


Your responsibilities
Performing site surveys to establish the required steps to execute site-works activities (together with Supply Chain Management)
Assisting with preliminary enquiries, bid reviews, labor modeling and other preparation activities
Helping to collect and estimate of labor hours and other works-related information
Performing on-site reviews, ensuring that business systems are updated with all approved project cost adjustments
Reviewing and analyzing progress reports, recommending and implementing improvement actions to resolve current and potential issues
Controlling installation- and commissioning-related documentation accuracy and consistency
Effectively communicating project information and customer feedback to internal project stakeholders



Your background
Experience in working in a fast-paced industry environment and ability to meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of project management techniques, processes and tools, including some earlier work experience in the above
A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies
Ability to communicate and collaborate openly and effectively with many diverse stakeholders in a complex organization
A bachelor’s degree in Industry Engineering or in a similar field
Fluency in both English and Swedish
Ability and readiness to travel
