This is a recrutiment which means that Bravura is responsible for the recruitment process and you will be hired by Eaton.

Tasks and responsibilities:

In the position as the Site Supervisor, you are responsible for the coordination on one of Eaton’s sites. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the right resource planning for Eaton’s service people and suppliers. You are responsible for the operational work and ensure that the work goes on and follows the specified instructions that are available. In this position, you constantly strive to achieve quality-, cost-, and delivery goals. Furthermore, you are also responsible for organizing educations and ensuring that safety goals are met. You are working in close collaboration with the project manager and the service coordinator, and report regularly to the project manager who has the overall responsibility for the entire site.

In this position, you will work at one of Eaton’s sites in Gävle. You will have great opportunities for development both in the position but also at Eaton as a company.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• Upper secondary school, preferably within electricity
• Previous work experience in electricity, with advantage in a position as electrician, team leader, project manager or similar
• You speak and write and fluently inn both Swedish and English
