Job Title: Credit Controller - Nordics
Our client is a leader in science and technology, providing innovative chemical, plastic and agricultural products and services to many essential consumer markets. This is an exciting opportunity for commercially minded men and women to join the expanding Nordic Customer Service Team at the head office in West London.
You will join a highly motivated commercial team that works to the highest standards of customer service. You should have the ability to work in a team and have a willingness to continuously develop your knowledge and skills. Comprehensive and continuous training will be provided.
The job involves:
. Managing pre-collection and past dues
. Timely resolution and collection of payment discrepancies
. Management of self-billing invoices
. Identifying process improvement opportunities
. Networking across a Northern European business environment
Person Requirements:
. Suitable experience in Customer Service, Credit Control, Accounting or Finance
. Fluency in English and Swedish
. Experience of working with SAP R2
. Ability to contribute effectively in a team environment
Location: West London, UK and Manchester UK
Salary: 22k - 25k
