Supply Manager Scandinavia
Base salary to 34000 + bonus
Cambridge, UK
Responsibilities:
? Manage and motivate team members;
? Take responsibility for coverage of the designated area;
? Together with Supply Director, set new areas for acquisitions;
? Personnel tasks (appraisals, training etc.);
? Analyse existing areas and improvement areas / solutions;
? Develop promotions based on seasonality of the appointed area.
? Create strategic plans;
? Visit our important hotels;
? Build and maintain contacts with hotels;
? Deal with negotiations and contracts for hotels;
? Constantly strive to improve availability and rates
? Produce and deliver quantity and quality reports;
? Responsible for after sales;
? Undertake visits to hotels, provide training where necessary;
? Advise hotels about internet strategies;
? Organise and coordinate Tourist Trade Fair visits;
? Market our brand name to hotels;
Requirements:
? Educated to degree level or equivalent;
? Some managerial / leadership experience;
? Exposure to Account management function in the hotel industry;
? Excellent knowledge of the Scandinavian hotel market;
? Customer focused, independent and target focused;
? Good communication and commercial skills;
? Written and verbal fluency in 2 or more Scandinavian languages and English. The preferred language combination is Swedish/Danish/English
