Skandinavisk Technical Account Manager /OSLO

Our client, one of the world's largest IT hardware manufacturers, has a requirement for an Oslo based Technical Account Manager
As a Technical Account Manager your primary responsibility is to manage the technical support relationship between the customer and our client. Accountable for the timely resolution of all support related issues within the customer's enterprise environment; your role will provide both 'incident' based support and proactive support functions.
Your main responsibilities will involve:
. Co-coordinating all technical support engagement with customer for escalated incidents, ensuring appropriate resources are in place to minimize customer down time
. Ensuring 'Resolution and Contingency' plans are effected and technical problem resolution is proceeding as per process commitments
. Generating and maintaining internal and external communication updates throughout the escalation process
. Upon request, developing and presenting Quarterly and Annual Reviews to customer senior management
. Proactively identifying and resolving issues before they affect the customer's equipment
Skills/Qualifications
. Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in a related discipline
. Minimum three years experience in a post sales, service delivery role
. Project/IT/Services Management background essential
. Fluent English, Swedish and Norwegian
. Ability to multi-task simultaneous escalations
. Functional technical knowledge of server/storage hardware systems and software

The successful applicant will be based in our clients European Headquarters for extensive training during their first 12 weeks employment
Salary
The salary is negotiable but will not be less that NOK 500k.
