Our client, an International financial services business requires Swedish and Icelandic speaking administrators to join the International Servicing operation at their Head Office.
They offer a wide range of financial products to individual customers, commercial business and other institutions through a range of distribution channels.
Work in a busy team who assist IFAs and policyholders in the Nordic Region with all manner of queries and requests relating to in-force policies, both on the phone and in writing.
The successful candidates will be able to deal with contacts in English and their specialist language.
Training will be provided within the team and the International operation as a whole.
Responsibilities
.Deal promptly and efficiently with telephone and written requests from IFAs, policyholders and third parties
.Liaise with Customer Services departments that deal with technical aspects of policy servicing for our International operation
.Support the new business and sales departments of our International operation with queries and technical advice
.Work as part of a team to consistently meet agreed service level targets
.Assist in translation and marketing work relating to your specialist language

The successful candidates will demonstrate the following:
.Excellent telephone skills, demonstrating a calm and assured manner at all times
.Team working skills; the ability to co-operate in a mutually supportive environment
.Comfortable and confident in speaking and writing both in English and their specialist language, ideally to a business standard
.Sound numeric and literacy skills
.Ideally, one year's experience in a customer service environment
