Skolsekreterare

The Internationella Engelska Skolan Enskede is the founding school within our IES organization. It was established by Barbara Bergström in 1993 and laid the foundation for the success story that is Internationella Engelska Skolan. There are at present 22 IES school situated throughout Sweden from Sundsvall to Lund.


Our school is bilingual. Teaching takes place both in English and Swedish and is based on the Swedish National Curriculum. Our staff make up is 50% Swedish and 50% International. Our company working language for staff is English with many employees recruited from Canada, Australia, the UK and the USA.


We seek a highly competent school secretary to carry out office and administrative duties. The successful candidate will have very high levels of computer competence, preferably along with documented excellence working in a school or similar environment. The work tempo and need for accuracy at IESE are as in most schools high. The successful applicant will have excellent people skills representing our school to stakeholders in a positive manner, loyally supporting our company ethos.


We seek applicants who are; positive, flexible, exact, stress tolerant, service minded, and able to function well within a team. Applicants must enjoy being in a multicultural environment and be able to exercise sound judgment when interacting with stakeholders regarding sensitive and confidential matters.
