Skruf Snus söker Product Development Specialist

Skruf Snus AB is looking for a creative and driven Product Development Specialist to further develop our Snus business. The role is based in our Factory in Sävsjö and will be part of our global Research and Development department.

Key Responsibilities
The PD Specialist will be responsible for the development and maintenance of new and existing products to meet Marketing, legislative and manufacturing requirements.
Work Order creation and publishing of raw leaf blends according to factory planning is also a part of this role same as the inspection of all incoming raw tobacco and follow up actions. Furthermore the role holder will have the ownership of our product specifications and will be responsible for the maintenance, control and set up of tobacco blend and product specifications into designated central systems. Furthermore it will be pro-actively working on continuous improvement projects as well as ensuring compliance.

Your Profile
The successful candidate should have a degree in Science, engineering, chemistry or equivalent and bring a minimum of three years? experience within the area of R&D, preferably within the tobacco or food industry.
Experience in stakeholder, project and time management as well as the ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation are required. Fluency in English is required, Swedish language skills would be favourable.
