Rebtel is looking for a driven Social Media Agent

The role:
As Social Media Agent at Rebtel you need to have great customer service skills and a passion for moderating conversations with our community - both online and offline.
You have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works (Facebook, Twitter, Google Play, App Store, Trustpilot and Youtube) as well as how they differ from a communications perspective. As the face and voice of the brand, you will manage all community communications, from joining and initiating interesting, brand-relevant conversations to “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.
Responsibilities:
Quickly respond to comments and customer queries on our social media channels
Build relationships with current and potential customers
Monitor and report on feedback and online/offline reviews
Helping out our customer support with customer queries when necessary
Requirements:
Experience in community management and customer service
Excellent writing and communication skills
Positive attitude, attention to detail and customer oriented
Highly organized and great at multitasking
Patient and open minded
Fluency in English and Spanish (since the majority of our customers communicate in Spanish). French is a plus
