We are looking for a Social Media Community Coordinator to our client Samsung and their office in Oslo, Norway! This is a consultancy opportunity, a contract starting ASAP until December 31st 2022 with the possibility for an extension.

Job Description: As a Social Media Community Coordinator you will work in the Social Media Team with other Community Coordinators in Finland, Denmark, and Sweden as well as a Nordic Coordinator. Your main task is to handle day-to-day operations of local social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn. You will work closely with colleagues across the Nordics to share experiences and topics from the community and local market colleagues will turn to you to get content to channels and you will coordinate with your Nordic colleagues for overarching plans. This role may require travel approximately 3 times a year. 
Other day-to-day tasks include: 

Community Dialogue, keeping brand tone of voice
Create content for different channels 
Quality assure content
Content adjustments
Translations from English to local language (from Swedish to local language is a merit)
Handle local market requests of content publications 
Responsibilities: 

Content ideation
Content creation
Content adaptations
Providing engaging texts for social media accounts
Publish content including QA
Statistics
Local content coordinator
Consumer dialogue - reply to comments and questions across channels, give tips and delegate harder tech-questions to Customer Support Center
Coordination of technical customer support issue
Translations 
Suitable Background: 2 years of Social Media platform experience or proven work experience as a community manager
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications

Fluent in Norwegian and English, Swedish is a merit
Excellent writing skills
Basic Photoshop skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Digital Marketing fundamental understanding 
Wish to have:

Photoshop
Video editing and creation
Photography
