Mölnlycke is now looking for a Social Media Editor to join our Global Brand & Communications team at Mölnlycke’s global HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.

As a Social Media Editor, you will play an important role in planning, creating, scheduling, monitoring and reporting social media content to enhance brand presence, engage our audience, and drive business objectives in our Global Social Media channels. You will join our Creative Studio and work closely with our Social Media Specialist to ensure consistent messaging, brand integrity, and effective communication across our social media platforms in the exciting Medical Device industry. You will report to the Planning and Activation Manager.

Key Accountabilities
Create compelling and relevant content for social media channels, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
Coordinate with creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across platforms.
Social media post scheduling and posting.
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding to inquiries.
Collaborate with our Global Marketing teams, our Business Partner Communicators and local teams to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to local social media teams, ensuring consistency and adherence to our global brand guidelines.

What you’ll need
Post-secondary degree – (Preferably in marketing, communications, or related fields).
A curious digital native with full understanding of global social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
A visual graphic eye for content.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with the ability to translate strategic plan to tactical activities and generate innovative ideas.
