About the role  
We’re on a mission to transform the gaming experience and redefine the expectations of gaming hardware products. As our Social Media Manager, you would have an important role in spreading brand awareness and affinity with our brand, while helping us maintain our leading market position. You would run our day-to-day social media operations, create posts, execute campaigns and engage with online gaming communities. As a member of our marketing department, you would be a subject expert within a positive and collaborative team focused on advancing our vision for the future of gaming.
 
What you will do 
·       Plan and publish content on our global social media accounts.
·       Collaborate with our Asset Production team to develop content for social media.
·       Reformat images and video clips for social media publication.
·       Write and edit copy for social media posts. 
·       Manage and engage with our global social media communities.
·       Evaluate social media performance and identify actionable improvements.
·       Develop creatives and tactics for social media activations.
·       Help to promote and strengthen our brand through online communities.
·       Support the development of launch activities, marketing campaigns and community initiatives. 
·       Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates and best practices.
·       Manage social media projects and deliveries in alignment with other stakeholders.
·       Serve as the go-to expert on social media internally. 
 
Who you are 
You are a social media marketer with a strong interest in gaming and gaming communities. Comfortable working independently, you are pro-active and self-motivated, and have experience of working with data-driven KPI’s and towards brand objectives. You also enjoy collaboration and teamwork, with an ability to communicate and present information in a clear and professional manner. As a marketer, you are curious, a go-getter and enjoy a creative challenge. 
 
·       Experience of managing brand social media accounts.
·       Experience of engaging with and building online communities.
·       Experience of developing campaigns and content for social media.
·       Experience of working with data and reporting performance.
·       Ability to use Adobe CC or similar content editing tools.
·       Fluency in English, both in verbal and written communication.
·       Desirable: Experience of Discord, Reddit, or similar platforms.
