We’re now looking for our next Social Media Manager that will be key in setting the direction for our future social media marketing and communication efforts.
In this role, you will be the one responsible for setting the social media strategies (incl. publishing, engagement), plans and content calendars across all our social media platforms and channels - and you’ll be the one executing and monitoring all content too! What better way to spread happiness?
To deliver in this role, you need to be a pro at planning creative content, developing standalone campaigns, and have experience of reporting and analysis tools. It also helps if you’re a natural networker that can ensure alignment across different teams.
If you’re the one to join, you’ll be:
The brain behind the development of social media initiatives from conception to implementation (and the one delivering on related KPI’s)
Sharing your insights, key learnings, and passion for social media performance, so that we can work with trends and continuous follow-up and adaptation
Actively communicate with our followers and foster a community over social media (you’ll also have the joy of working with our Customer Experience team)
Scheduling and publishing content across all Happy Socks social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, SnapChat, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
Writing creative copy for social posts, maintaining the brands’ tone of voice and finding opportunities to continue expanding the creativity into the posts’ captions.
Who are you then?
This is a role where you need the strategic eye as well as the “get-it-done” attitude. We want you to have a depth understanding and experience of the digital landscape and all social media channels.
To succeed in this role, we think that you:
Have at least 3 years of experience working as a Social Media Marketer or similar
Have a proven track record in digital and social strategy, planning and activation
Have the experience interpreting and packaging data for internal stakeholders
