Software Application Specialist

The Job FOSS is looking for a new Software Application Specialist to our Network Support Team in Höganäs. The team is responsible for support and training to FOSS local sales and service organizations worldwide, in software solutions for instrument networking.The team also delivers managed services to customers connected to centrally hosted networks.The need for this kind of software solutions and services is expected to grow rapidly over the coming years as they facilitate unique possibilities for quality management and production optimization for our customers.Qualifications . You have a technical background, preferably within IT or software.Experience from IT support is a merit.. You have deep knowledge about Microsoft applications and operative systems, communication protocols and databases. .You are a social and service-minded person and you have a high sense-of-urgency.. You have a personal drive and the initiative to execute tasks.. You have teaching skills..
