Software Configuration Management

Our consultant pool consists of Swedish and non Swedish consultants within the fields of embedded systems telecom, online solutions and application development. Now we are looking for new candidates to come work with us as consultants, on-site with our customers in Sweden.

We are looking for a CM to work with one of our clients within the telecom area. The team provides configuration management, application support, development and operations for a wide area of R&D applications and tools within the client's organization. The team handles maintenance of the application systems and provides support to a high number of developers and CMs globally.

Competence:
- Tool support experience, eg Git / Gerrit, Jenkins, ClearCase, or other similar tools
- Strong Linux competence , including maintenance of application servers
- Experience from Configuration Management in a S/W development environment
- The ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written

Desired skills:
- Git/Gerrit and Jenkins competence
- Scripting (Perl, Java, Python preferable)
- knowledge about Debian packages
- REPO knowledge/experience

Start: spring / summer 2014.
Duration: 12-24 months on site in Sweden, with a high probability for extension.
Extent: Full-time, 40h/week. Paid overtime can be requested by the customer.
Location: Lund.
Working language: English/Swedish.
Compensation: Negotiable.
