We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Software Developer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
We are currently looking to strengthen one of our agile teams with a Software Development Engineer with experience in Model-based design using TargetLink or Embedded Coder for software implementation in the area of Safety Controls.


The team is in charge of developing system safety and related diagnostic monitoring of hybrid and electric vehicle propulsion and braking systems. The delivery consists of software functionality that detects errors, prevents critical events, and reduces the impact of a fault.


When it comes to minimising customer impact, we apply the highest standards, which is why a focus on robust system design is critical.


Main responsibilities include:
Development and verification of software functions in accordance with requirements
Writing and reviewing requirements for software developed by ART LVC or our suppliers
Documenting solutions in accordance with ISO26262
Designing, performing, and analysing test cases in accordance with ISO26262
Ensuring that safety functions do not interfere with customer experience





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
We are looking for someone who is open-minded and curious, as well as someone who can work well with others.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and not afraid to try new approaches to problems.
You are a technical team player who enjoys working with people from different cultures.
Aside from being customer-focused, you have strong analytical skills and are structured and organised in your daily work.
You bring experience in software and system development, as well as a holistic perspective and excellent systems thinking.
You have 3-5 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree in engineering.
Experience in Matlab/Simulink/TargetLink/Embedded Coder software development
Experience in automotive software development
Experience in testing in SIL/HIL environments
University degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Applied Physics, or Mechatronic Engineering (Bachelor, Master or PhD)
A valid driver's licence (level B)
