Are you our new colleague working on Perception Machine Learning Solutions?
We are now looking for a new colleague to one of our cross-functional teams!
The team has Machine Learning/Machine Learning operations (MLOps) as their core competence. This means being involved in the whole Machine Learning process from start to finish. Contributing both on a high-level by being involved in strategic decisions and road maps but also on a low level, optimizing training code, and everything in between. Given the large scope, the team has a lot of autonomy in their work, since they both influence the strategy and road map but also implement the solutions. Most of the work involves making our TensorFlow-based ML framework efficient with respect to ease-of-use as well as hardware utilization. This entails a lot of collaboration and syncing with multiple teams to design and implement solutions that are useful to the entire organization.
You will be working in the Requirement Area (RA) Road, together with developers who have expertise in a variety of technical domains to deliver complete solutions mainly in the Lane and Road Boundary Detection domain. We are in total 9 teams in our Requirement Area, large enough to have extensive experience and competence to share, small enough to maintain that "small business" vibe.
The team you will join currently consists of 4 experienced and devoted developers. The team characteristics can be described as friendly, open-minded, collaborative and with extensive machine learning competence.
Our culture values experimentation and bravery in a safe and enjoyable work environment. With us you can grow your skills, working with cutting-edge technology, and contributing to the development of our products. Our commitment to employee development and growth offers great opportunities for you to continuously enhance your competence.
