As a developer at TAC you will be a part of one of our four dynamic software teams.The team takes on one or several projects and as a group we take responsibility for the way we work and continuously strive to improve our processes.
You will also have the opportunity to take lead in projects as Technical Lead or Functional Lead.As Technical Lead you are responsible for guiding the team in technical questions, acting as a coach and seeing the technical issues from a larger perspective.As Functional Lead you are responsible for refining the requirements and to spreading the understanding of the system functionality from a user point of view.
With several upcoming projects that will be run in both Malmö and Boston, we see a bright and exciting future in front of us here at TAC.

You shall have
- a university degree in computer science or engineering
- been working with System development for at least 2 years
- experience with developing in .NET/C# and/or C++
- experience of OOD principles
- knowledge and experience of Design Patterns
- a willingness to move between disciplines
- a keen interest in customer needs.

We have a deep interest in Agile Software Development and it is highly appreciated if you have experience of doing agile and of course it is preferable if you have had a leading role in an agile project.
As TDD/unit testing is an important part of our development process it is highly appreciated if you have experience of doing TDD in C# and/or in C++.

Most important is that you have a lot of energy and that you are a "doer" and get things done.
