Software Engineer

Job requirements
Guarantee the correct Software design and implementation in following programming languages/framework:
Ada
C
C++
Delphi (preferable)
Qt (preferable)



In accordance with company procedures and applicable international standards/norms.
Ensure to the proper requirements management for all the phases of the software lifecycle according to company standard processes.
Guarantee the design and the implementation of a complete solution (Modules, documentation and tools).
Guarantee the correct operation of the SW on the applicable platforms.
Contribute to the proper planning and management of the product development activities.
Ensure the definition and the application of common methodologies, technical solutions and best practices in coherence with the Development function.
Ensure the execution of code reviews and verification activities on issued documents, according to the V&V Plan.
Establish and meet timelines and deadlines supporting the project during all the phases.
Consult with project team, managers and leaders to ensure time/quality/costs expectations are met.


Education / Qualifications and soft skills
Master’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in embedded SW development for railway applications (ERTMS/STM)
Standard/norms: EN 50128:2011, ETCS B3 R2
Accurate and structured
Team player and strong inter relationship capability
Eager to work in an international environment
Able to work independently and in team environment with minimal supervision
Able to work under pressure and achieve challenging milestones


Languages
Swedish is highly preferable, English is a must.
