Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our team and help us design, implement, and maintain our identity and access management systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security, experience with IAM technologies and protocols, and has excellent communication skills.

Our current technical landscape is built on products from the NetIQ portfolio and Microsoft Entra ID, and we will require that you have extensive previous knowledge working with these products.

Responsibility:
•    Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions, including user provisioning, identity governance, access management, and authentication and authorization protocols.
•    Work with stakeholders to define requirements and develop policies and procedures for managing user access and permissions.
•    Evaluate and select IAM tools and technologies that meet our organization's needs.
•    Create and maintain technical documentation related to IAM systems and processes.
•    Monitor IAM systems and processes to ensure they are functioning properly and meet regulatory compliance requirements.
•    Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate IAM solutions with other systems and applications.
•    Participate in incident response and perform root cause analysis of IAM-related incidents.
•    Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in IAM and security.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
•    At least 3-5 years of experience working with IAM technologies and protocols.
•    Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
•    Experience with identity governance, access management, and authentication and authorization protocols.
•    Knowledge of IAM tools such as Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
•    Familiarity with cloud IAM solutions such as AWS IAM, Azure AD, or Google Cloud IAM.
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•    Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
•    Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC, are a plus.
