Software Engineer and the role of Architect

Our client is looking for a new Software Engineer for their Swedish filial. We are looking for a person with previous experience and that is capable of working independent. You will work alone and carry a big responsibility for the business conducted in Sweden. The company´s head quarter is located in India and you will get continuously support from them.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, lead the development and own a module/set of modules (and its roadmap) in our platform.
• Manage individual and team priorities, deadlines and deliverables and mentor your team.
• Evaluate current state of module and execute improvements (performance, efficiency, scalability etc.).
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Work with client facing teams (and clients, if needed) to incorporate market needs into the modules you own.
• Map the business requirements to our product and test it based on self-prepared test cases.
• Help the customer to validate and roll out the solution to production.
• Perform impact analysis on addition of new code and existing code change.

You will be hired by Adecco and the assignment will go on for two years, with a possibility of extension..
