Description

The client is looking for a Software Engineer / Android developer. As a Software Engineer and Android developer you will support the team to reach the goals for the clients app, together with the team members and as a joint effort with other Android developers in other product teams.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- App Development, using Android Kotlin
- API design /SDK’s
- Android Solution Architecture
- Declarative ui / Android Jetpack is a great asset
- Writing testable and high-quality code
- DevOps & Release / Azure DevOps
- Firebase
- Android Kotlin
- Android Basics: Activity, Fragments, Services, Background tasks using WorkManager and AlarmManager, UI components like Constraint layouts, WebView
- MVVM Architecture in Android, and Clean Architecture
- Android Jetpack Library Exposure
- LiveData, Room DB, ViewModel, Coroutines
- jUnit Test cases
- Exposure to Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
- Fluent in English written an oral


Preferred competence and experience:

- Meriting if you have worked with tools for A/B-testing e.g. Optimizly
- Swedish, oral and written is meriting
