Job Description
Our area, Customer Engagement, aims at increasing the value of our customer base. As a Software Engineer within the Customer Engagement area you will take part in engaging and retaining our customers through relevance and loyalty.
We are currently looking for a software engineer that shares our common interest for Customer Identification. You will be working in an agile Product Team whose responsibility is the sign-in and sign-up experience a cross the H&M Group brands for millions of customers all over the world.
Together with the team and Product Owner you will take part in the development of the product, taking important decisions on how to achieve team objectives- building the worlds best Customer identity platform (CIAM).
In this Product you will take active part in building our next generation Customer Identification platform on a global scale.


Qualifications
Mandatory skills:
Java software engineer
2+ years of proven experience with modeling Customer Identity and Access Management based on OAUTH2/OIDC protocols using providers such as AzureB2C/Auth0/Okta/GCP IAM or similar



Good to have, but not mandatory:
Experience from working with Azure Active Directory B2C (Customer Identification Access Management)
Experience from working with highly available systems (no or limited downtime)
Experienced with automation, both infrastructure and testing
Comfortable working in Product Teams and agile ways of working
Experience working in large scale environments
Retail experience desirable but not essential

Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
