Job Description
FW System and FW Security teams are part of Firmware Platform department within Axis R&D. The teams are responsible for both developing of new functionality and maintaining current functionality in our software platform, in user-space Linux. We have currently open positions in both FW System & FW Security teams.

As a Software Developer in our teams, you will be creating, maintaining functionalities and make architectural changes to the software platform. You will be involved in all phases of development - from innovation/first ideas and all the way through design, test and implementation until final release on the market.

We work in projects/areas with colleagues from different departments and with different areas of expertise. Our department have a mix of both junior and more senior developers that work closely together to learn from each other in a fun and friendly working environment.

Who are you?
You are a software developer who wants to work with embedded systems. You have a bachelor or master's degree in a relevant field. You love working with C and Linux! Like us, you value teamwork and want to contribute to our great team spirit. You are creative and like to share your ideas and knowledge with the team.

You have experience from working with open source, embedded Linux. Experience from connected software platforms and network protocols are considered a plus.

You are a good communicator who can communicate professionally with other colleagues and teams, in Swedish.
