Software engineer in a startup

We are looking for software engineers to work in a startup.
The role requires a person who can work independently and can lead and coordinate a team of programmer to build software.
You will be involved in the primary building process of the service.

Qualifications:
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fieldExperience with C++Additional.

Requirements:
- Possess excellent verbal communication skills
- Have strong influencing and leadership skills
- Generalist technical knowledge within major system component interactions
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies
- Ability to develop l project plans and schedules for a small team
- Creative and analytical approach to problem solving
