About the assignment:

Description

Support with Netezza (4 environments - dev/test/validation/production), working with hardware issues (PMR), coordinating with IBM support, DBA administrative configuration and development work on NZ host.

Working tasks:

- Proactive capacity planning
- Environment setup & tuning
- Knowledge and proactive work environment setup & tuning in platform Netezza , SQL also Windows machines


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Availability mgmt process (e.g. failover, proactive/ optimizing work)
- Capacity mgmt process Logging set up
- Operation surveillance experience of business-critical systems in an enterprise (complex and distributed) environment with high availability requirements
- Microsoft Windows Server 2009+
- SQL
- ITIL knowledge
- Incident handling
- Self-propelled and driven
- Flexible
- Ability to communicate
- Ability to cooperate
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

- Netezza
- SCOM
- Power shell
- Linux
- Windows
- BI Tools
