We develop state of the art products on the AWS and Web platform using modern design patterns and open source frameworks.  
We are now looking for a Software manager to head up our team focusing on our web applications and solutions for our eye tracking systems. As a Software manager you will be responsible for a team of around 10 people. The team does most of the coding in Type- and Javascript, in environments like Electron, Angular, Nodejs and AWS. Together, you will employ web- and cloud technologies to solve customer problems.    
You will spend your days 
Recruiting, leading and coaching a team of highly skilled developers 
Working closely with the team and other stakeholders to optimize ways of working 
Ensuring that the solutions designed by the team are the right solutions to the right problems. 
Ensuring that the reliability and availability of the solutions are high. We execute under a “if you build it you run it” strategy with a solid DevOps culture 
  

We believe you have experience in 
Recruiting and developing engineers often with a higher level of expertise than yourself  
Leading software product development processes all the way from vision to operation  
Using *nix and code as your tools to solve problems on the AWS platform  
Solving problems on the web at a global scale 

To be successful in this role we believe you are a manager who lead by example. You will, with clear communication and engagement, represent your domain in the management team. With the customer in mind, you prioritize and make decisions in a precise and inclusive approach. As a leader you enjoy discussing architecture and the latest web technologies as much as singing happy birthday at 3 o’clock birthday fika.
