The Farm Management systems are built of fully autonomous robots, conventional milking parlors, feeding equipment, PC systems and a broad range of techniques to manage and support the farmer in his day-to-day business.

As a Software Program Test Leader you will be working with development of our test methods, support the design of test cases and continuously evaluate the performance of our testing. You will have the possibility to work closely with all of the software development teams to provide early feedback on the system level performance of the farm management application software.

As a member in the scrum team you will work with agile planning tools both for the team and for the whole software program. The work will be in close cooperation with design, product management as well as support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively represent test in the program management team.
• Collaborate with development teams and testers for all test levels.
• Analyze, review and assess user requirements, specifications for testability.
• Enhance and develop test methods.
• Drive the overall test planning.
• Strategically develop the verification strategies for the software program.
Qualifications:

• Technical MSc or BSc or equivalent, or Agricultural oriented.
• At least 3 years working experience in test planning and reporting in product development.
• Experience of working in agile teams, including tools and methods.
• Self-starting and team collaborator.
• Good technical knowledge.
• Fluent in English in both written and spoken.
• Language skills in Swedish or Polish is a merit.
• Working experience as a software tester, software developer or a scrum master is a merit.
